Key responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end IMS and EPC software upgrade projects, from initiation through to closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, software developers, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and maintaining transparency.
  • Conduct technical assessments and provide guidance on IMS and EPC software upgrade strategies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecoms core engineering, with a focus on IMS and EPC technologies.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale software upgrade projects in the telecoms industry.
  • Strong understanding of telecom networks, protocols, and standards, particularly IMS and EPC.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
