- Designing and proposing the structural system of the construction in accordance with the architectural concept;
- Developing projects, as part of a project team, for all design phases in compliance with current regulations;
- Preparing the technical documentation required for the design process (measurements, surveys, documentation for intervention works, feasibility studies, documentation for construction permits, technical projects, details, quantity lists);
- Drafting projects in compliance with the requirements stipulated in the current legislation;
- Meeting project deadlines and timely communicating to the project team the necessary information and constraints so that deadlines can be met;
- Participating in site visits to monitor the work, when necessary;
- Maintaining communication with other specialties and monitoring the construction sites during key moments;
- Representing the company in meetings with the client, collaborators, subcontractors, and other entities.
